For the comfort and safety of all guests, our property is strictly smoke-free. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a clean and healthy environment.

Cancellation Policy for Standard Bookings: 1-27 Nights

Full Refund: Cancel 30 days or more before check-in to receive a 100% refund.

Partial Refund: Cancel between 7 and 29 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights.

No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.

Special Case: 48-Hour Grace Period
If you cancel within 48 hours of booking and your check-in date is at least 14 days away, you’ll receive a full refund.

Cancellation Policy for Long-Term Stays: 28 Nights or More

Full Refund: Cancel 30 days or more before check-in to receive a 100% refund.

Partial Refund: If you cancel within 30 days of check-in, we will retain:

  • Payment for all nights already stayed, plus
  • Payment for an additional 30 nights

Fewer than 30 Nights Remaining: If your reservation has fewer than 30 nights remaining at the time of cancellation, we will retain payment for all remaining nights.

Host-Initiated Cancellations

Communication: Guests will receive an email notification with full details about cancellation and any applicable refunds.

Before Check-In: If we cancel before check-in, guests will receive a full refund.

Within 30 Days of Check-In: If cancellation occurs within 30 days of check-in, we will make every effort to reschedule your stay or help you rebook for different dates.

Common Reasons for Host Cancellations

Safety Concerns: Any situation that could compromise the safety of guests or the host.

Severe Weather: Conditions that render the property unsafe or inaccessible.

ID Verification: If a guest fails to provide required ID verification within three days of booking.
